Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Logicbric Limited ("FSM", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the FSM platform and mobile application.
Last updated: 31 March 2026 · Effective: 31 March 2026
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register for FSM, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company details, and role within your organisation. This information is necessary to create and manage your account.
Location Data (Technicians)
FSM collects precise GPS location data from technicians using the mobile application. Location is collected while the FSM mobile app is in use during active work shifts, including clock-in and clock-out events and job navigation. Location data is used solely for operational purposes: job dispatch, route optimisation, travel time validation, and timesheet verification. Location tracking is initiated only after explicit consent and can be reviewed at any time in the app settings. Location data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Job & Work Order Data
We collect information related to work orders, job assignments, customer details, service records, clock-in/out times, photos captured during job completion, and technician notes.
Device & Technical Data
We collect device identifiers, push notification tokens, app version, operating system, and crash logs to ensure the reliability and performance of our services.
Communications
Messages sent through the FSM in-app messaging system between technicians, vendors, and customers are stored to maintain service continuity and audit trails.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
To operate the FSM platform, assign jobs, dispatch technicians, process invoices, generate payroll records, and provide customer service portals.
Location-Based Services
Technician GPS coordinates are used to validate job site attendance, calculate travel times between jobs, detect schedule conflicts, optimise routing, and populate the live tracking dashboard visible to authorised vendor administrators. Technicians can view their own location history within the app.
AI-Powered Features
Aggregated and anonymised location history is used to identify a technician's typical service territory, which improves the accuracy of AI-driven job assignment suggestions. No individual location data is used for profiling outside of the FSM platform.
Push Notifications
We use device tokens to send job assignment alerts, status updates, schedule reminders, and in-app message notifications. You can manage notification preferences at any time from the app settings.
Analytics & Improvement
Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand platform performance and improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising analytics.
3. Location Data — Technician Disclosure
What is collected
Latitude, longitude, timestamp, and accuracy radius are recorded at the time of clock-in, clock-out, and during active job navigation. Background location is not collected when the app is closed or when a technician is clocked out.
Who can see it
Location data is accessible to: (1) the technician themselves via their profile, (2) authorised vendor administrators via the live tracking dashboard, and (3) FSM platform administrators for support purposes. Customer portal users do not have access to raw location data.
Retention
Location records are retained for 12 months to support payroll audits, dispute resolution, and compliance requirements. After 12 months, records are permanently deleted.
Opt-out
Technicians may revoke location permission at any time via iOS Settings → FSM → Location. Note that some platform features (clock-in validation, live dispatch) require location access to function correctly.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Service Providers
We share data with trusted service providers who help operate our platform: cloud hosting (AWS), transactional email (SendGrid), AI inference (Anthropic), and mapping services (Google Maps). These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.
Push Notifications
Device tokens are shared with Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) solely to deliver push notifications to your device. Firebase does not receive job, location, or personal data.
No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or location data to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FSM, our users, or the public.
5. Data Security
Encryption
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Authentication tokens use industry-standard JWT with short expiry and refresh rotation.
Access Controls
Access to personal and location data is restricted by role-based permissions. Vendor administrators can only access data belonging to their own organisation.
Incident Response
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Your Rights
Access & Portability
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including your location history, at any time by contacting privacy@dynabric.com.
Correction
You may update inaccurate personal information directly within the app or by contacting our support team.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Certain records may be retained for legally required periods (e.g. payroll and invoicing records).
Withdraw Consent
For location tracking, you may withdraw consent at any time via iOS Settings. For push notifications, you may disable them via iOS Settings → Notifications → FSM.
7. Children's Privacy
FSM is a B2B platform intended solely for business use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@dynabric.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
